Design, develop, and support high-performance cloud firewall systems and services processing network packets at scale. Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure scalability, availability, and supportability. Resolve customer issues, evaluate and contribute to open-source technologies, and build automated testing and CI/CD infrastructure. The role requires extensive experience with firewalls, packet forwarding, tunneling protocols, cloud products, Linux, C/C++, Python, and related networking technologies.

Lead architecture and development of Netskope’s secure AI Gateway, building scalable, high-performance systems that route, inspect, transform, and secure LLM and API traffic. Responsibilities include designing distributed microservices, threat detection, dynamic multi-provider orchestration, credential management, DLP integration, and real-time content analysis. The role provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, partners with product teams, conducts reviews, and guides global engineering collaboration.

Leads channel sales strategy and partner relationships across Netskope’s West Region. Responsibilities include managing reseller and VAR relationships, achieving regional quota, recruiting partners, developing business plans, coordinating enablement and training, supporting marketing and demand generation, and managing deal registration, pricing, incentives, and sales processes. The role supports multiple sales teams, requires executive-level partner relationships, expertise in Salesforce.com, and 60% or more regional travel.
