Lead Netskope's global UX organization, setting vision and design strategy across the security platform. Manage designers, researchers, and UX managers; embed research and AI into workflows; partner with Product and Engineering to connect UX outcomes to business metrics; build career ladders, governance, and DesignOps to raise design quality and impact.

The Solutions Architect will design and implement technology solutions, collaborate with pre-sales teams, and influence product strategy while engaging with customers and partners.

Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, convert conversations into meetings with senior stakeholders, partner with Regional Sales Managers on territory strategy, engage in continuous coaching and development, and consistently exceed individual quota through heavy calling and creative outreach.
