Support talent acquisition and benefits administration: coordinate interviews and background checks, manage ATS/HRIS records, facilitate onboarding and orientations, administer benefits and open enrollment, and reconcile benefits billing with Finance.

Lead technical accounting for U.S. GAAP matters (leases, intangibles, goodwill, ASC 985-20), own cash forecasting and cash reconciliations, coordinate monthly financial reporting, serve as NetSuite admin for accounting, and build scalable accounting processes and documentation.

Own and scale Netwrix's global channel operations: design partner program and governance, maintain SFDC channel data and partner portal, run renewal operations for a ~$200M book, administer partner incentives and MDF, enable CAMs, build channel reporting, and represent channel in cross-functional projects.
