Neuralink Benefits Overview

Own end-to-end simulation for Neuralink’s surgical robot, including dynamics, sensors, actuators, interfaces, automated testing, fault injection, deterministic CI runs, and hardware failure reproduction. Test real robot software and firmware against simulated hardware, debug integration failures, and iterate with users. The role requires strong Rust and Python skills, robotics or physics simulation experience, concurrent systems knowledge, hardware interfaces, RPC, telemetry, and integration testing expertise.

As a Software Engineer, collaborate with clinical trial participants to develop and enhance brain-computer interface software systems, leading application creation and feature implementation.

Own supplier industrialization for mechanical, electronic, optical, and material components from supplier selection through production ramp. Lead NPI readiness, DFM/DFA/DFT, process qualification, metrology, PPAP/APQP, capability studies, corrective actions, supplier audits, and continuous improvement. Partner with design, quality, manufacturing, and sourcing teams while managing supplier performance, technical requirements, and production risks. The role requires extensive supplier-site travel, hands-on production-floor work, and on-site presence in South San Francisco or Austin.
