Teams at Neuralink

Manage high-volume commercial contracting from intake through execution, including drafting, negotiation, templates, workflows, e-signature, filing, and obligation tracking. Serve as the primary legal-support triage point, escalate complex issues, administer contract management technology, maintain repositories, and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Construction, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders in a fully onsite environment.

The Software Engineer Intern will develop and validate brain-computer interface software, collaborate with users, and implement new features.

Source, interview, and manage pipelines for technical, clinical, and other roles. Partner with hiring managers on requisitions, hiring strategies, interview feedback, and candidate evaluation. Develop sourcing and engagement strategies, identify exceptional talent, provide recruiting metrics and insights, drive process improvements, and build strong relationships across Neuralink’s hiring teams and talent networks.
