Builds and manages West Coast AI engineering teams, evaluates emerging AI technologies, establishes scalable governance and engineering practices, and owns measurable business outcomes from enterprise AI solutions. Provides senior leadership coverage for West Coast partners and coordinates with Home Office leadership.

The role involves providing advanced planning consultations, strategic support to agents, and developing marketing materials while requiring strong expertise in estate and tax law.

This role involves owning the security architecture for AI platforms on GCP, designing guardrails, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should have extensive experience in cloud security, specifically with GCP services, Kubernetes security, and AI/ML security practices.
