Supports portfolio managers overseeing commercial real estate equity and debt investments. Responsibilities include investor and consultant reporting, buy/hold/sell analysis, market research, portfolio strategy, presentations, cash flow and financial projection development, performance attribution, investment market ranking, debt procurement, and automation of data-intensive analyses. The role requires collaboration across investment, asset management, accounting, legal, research, and IT teams, with occasional property and conference travel.

Supports investment, fund, and real estate accounting through reconciliations, financial reporting, capital funding analysis, discrepancy resolution, and partnership accounting. Reviews third-party property accountant reports, maintains internal controls, supports audits and tax compliance, and collaborates with asset management, property management, tax, and auditors. The role also contributes to accounting process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Supports insurance agents, clients, and management through the life insurance new business process. Provides customer service, coordinates underwriting requirements, manages application workflows, assists with policy billing and accounting entries, processes service requests, and answers calls. The role requires strong administrative, communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills, with on-the-job training in insurance products and transaction processing.
