Supports global regulatory strategies, submissions, compliance, labeling, and lifecycle management for clinical-stage therapies. Prepares and reviews INDs, NDAs, CTAs, and MAAs; advises cross-functional teams on FDA, EMA, and ICH requirements; collaborates with clinical, CMC, and quality teams; and manages external consultants and CRO vendors to ensure compliant, timely, and high-quality deliverables.

Leads enterprise go-to-market and omnichannel strategy for a potential pharmaceutical commercial launch and future portfolio growth. Defines customer engagement frameworks, journeys, segmentation, personalization, content and channel strategies across healthcare providers, patients, and stakeholders. Establishes launch readiness, governance, measurement, analytics, innovation, and scalable commercialization capabilities while partnering with Commercial Operations and cross-functional teams. Initially serves as an individual contributor and builds the future strategy function, operating model, and talent foundation.
