Defines customer engagement frameworks, journeys, segmentation, personalization, content and channel strategies across healthcare providers, patients, and stakeholders. Establishes launch readiness, governance, measurement, analytics, innovation, and scalable commercialization capabilities while partnering with Commercial Operations and cross-functional teams. Initially serves as an individual contributor and builds the future strategy function, operating model, and talent foundation.
