Support change management for a Salesforce implementation by coordinating stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness planning, impact assessments, adoption support, and resistance mitigation. The role partners with technical teams, business leaders, and end users to translate system changes into practical messaging, track feedback, and improve adoption. This is a remote or hybrid contract opportunity with occasional travel or onsite meetings.

Develop new staffing and recruiting clients among small and midsized businesses. Responsibilities include prospecting through networking, LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals, and industry groups; building relationships with decision-makers; identifying hiring needs; generating qualified opportunities; managing a sales pipeline; nurturing prospects; and identifying new markets and partnerships. This is a remote, flexible, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
