Supports commercial real estate capital markets transactions through financial modeling, property evaluations, market and tenant research, database maintenance, and presentation development. The role analyzes leases, operating statements, property performance, and market data using Excel and Argus Enterprise, while communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders. Candidates need a finance, real estate, economics, or related degree, strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Relevant commercial real estate experience and Argus expertise are preferred.

Manage all non-market oriented activities of a district operation, overseeing finance, HR, sales support, and compliance compliance. Analyze operational effectiveness and ensure financial transactions are properly managed.

Lead and scale Newmark’s global Workplace Experience program within Facilities Management and Occupier Solutions. Develop hospitality-led service models, operating standards, playbooks, staffing approaches, training, KPIs, reporting, and technology strategies. Advise clients, support account growth, oversee complex implementations, and drive consistent service delivery across multi-site programs. Partner with FM, client care, technology, data, business development, and regional teams to improve employee, occupant, and client experiences.
