Owns engagement and member experience across Facebook, Reddit, and Circle communities. Builds relationships with families, advocates, beta testers, and super users; develops customer stories and advocacy pathways; manages moderators, workflows, and guidelines; and produces Voice of Community insights and recommendations. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Research to turn customer feedback into actionable improvements.

Build and lead Nex’s legal operations infrastructure, serving as the intake point for legal requests and implementing the company’s first CLM system. Manage contract workflows, templates, playbooks, governance records, entity administration, trademark licensing, insurance, outside counsel, legal metrics, knowledge management, and compliance support. Partner with the General Counsel, attorneys, Finance, People, Product, Supply Chain, and Trust & Safety teams to streamline legal processes and improve self-service.

Serve as Nex’s primary product legal advisor across privacy, children’s data protection, consumer protection, AI regulation, IP, and product safety. Own the privacy program, including COPPA compliance, consent flows, data practices, and regulatory responses. Advise cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, create legal review processes and governance frameworks, develop self-service playbooks, and manage outside counsel as needed. The role will build and potentially lead Nex’s product legal function.

Lead legal support for Nex’s content, developer, brand, and strategic partnership ecosystem. Draft and negotiate publishing, content licensing, IP, developer, revenue-sharing, and co-marketing agreements. Advise Partnerships, Business Development, Content, Product, and Marketing teams; support vendor, retail, distribution, hardware, and supply-chain agreements; coordinate outside counsel; and build scalable templates, playbooks, policies, and CLM workflows. Surface privacy and compliance issues while helping establish Nex’s early in-house legal function.

Manage and grow Nex’s affiliate and live commerce ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding creators, streamers, and affiliates; coordinating product seeding, gifting, commissions, and campaigns; nurturing partner relationships; analyzing performance; and developing scalable program processes across platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Twitch, YouTube Live, and Whatnot.

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and debriefs across US and Hong Kong time zones; manage job postings and candidate communication; track recruitment metrics and prepare reports; support new-hire onboarding; contribute to recruitment planning and TA process improvements to ensure a fast, organized, and positive hiring experience.

Designs social-first static, carousel, story, motion, and campaign assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Creates motion graphics, templates, and scalable creative systems; adapts campaigns for different platforms; supports launches, partnerships, and seasonal content; and maintains Nex’s social visual identity. Collaborates with creative, social, content, and agency teams while balancing quick-turn requests and larger campaign deliverables.

Produces and edits high-quality short-form social video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. Manages quick-turn content covering trends, cultural moments, gameplay, campaigns, launches, events, partnerships, and behind-the-scenes material. Optimizes content for engagement through strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, sound, and platform best practices. Collaborates with social, creative, agency, and internal teams while independently managing multiple fast-paced projects and maintaining a premium, culturally relevant brand presence.

Manage day-to-day IT operations including device procurement, provisioning, maintenance, endpoint security, access provisioning, and helpdesk support. Administer San Jose office networking, server room, and videoconferencing systems and provide remote support to the Hong Kong office. Support procurement, vendor coordination, IT training, and contribute to device management and security strategy.

Lead Nex’s marketing creative direction from concept through launch, shaping campaigns across paid media, social, retail, launches, and partnerships. Develop concepts, art direct production, maintain a high creative standard, and provide hands-on feedback and execution. The role requires strong typography, color, layout, digital, retail, and campaign design expertise, along with a portfolio demonstrating broad creative work.

The Senior Graphic Designer will create visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, retail materials, Amazon, and product launches. The role leads visual strategy, manages campaign workflows and production, coordinates internal teams, agencies, and vendors, and ensures timely, high-quality deliverables. Success requires strong design expertise, creative judgment, collaboration, project management, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across digital, retail, and product launch channels.

Develops memorable concepts, art directs multi-medium production, coaches creative talent, improves review processes, and partners strategically with business leaders. The role requires hands-on creative involvement, strong conceptual judgment, business awareness, and the ability to build a distinctive, high-performing brand in a fast-moving environment.

The Senior Data Scientist will analyze large-scale customer data, investigate behavioral questions, design and automate studies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. The role includes maintaining analytics frameworks, documenting methodologies, writing white papers, and communicating insights across the company. Candidates should be independent, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced with SQL and Redshift. Python or R, machine learning, Spark, A/B testing, and cross-functional experience are preferred.

The Product Designer will create engaging user experiences for the Nex Playground system, collaborating on design for UI/UX, conducting user research, and maintaining a design language.

Owner of the public marketing site: maintain CMS and component library, build landing pages and commerce integrations, optimize performance and analytics, streamline content publishing, and collaborate with Design and Marketing to deliver polished, production web experiences.

The Fullstack Engineer will own the marketing site stack, leading development of customer-facing tools, enhancing user experience, and collaborating with design and marketing teams.
