Owns engagement and member experience across Facebook, Reddit, and Circle communities. Builds relationships with families, advocates, beta testers, and super users; develops customer stories and advocacy pathways; manages moderators, workflows, and guidelines; and produces Voice of Community insights and recommendations. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Research to turn customer feedback into actionable improvements.

Supports the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership through complex scheduling, travel coordination, product review logistics, tracking systems, confidential information management, and cross-functional follow-through. Owns San Jose workplace administration, including facilities liaison work, office supplies, vendors, events, assets, procurement, insurance renewals, and operational projects. Requires strong judgment, organization, discretion, adaptability, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced technology startup.

Build and lead Nex’s legal operations infrastructure, serving as the intake point for legal requests and implementing the company’s first CLM system. Manage contract workflows, templates, playbooks, governance records, entity administration, trademark licensing, insurance, outside counsel, legal metrics, knowledge management, and compliance support. Partner with the General Counsel, attorneys, Finance, People, Product, Supply Chain, and Trust & Safety teams to streamline legal processes and improve self-service.
