Own end-to-end product design across NexHealth’s healthcare platform, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and scalable design systems. Partner equally with product managers and engineers to shape product scope, technical implementation, architecture, and priorities. Champion simplicity, accessibility, clarity, and reduced user friction while leading strategic design initiatives in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Own revenue accounting and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash function, including ASC 606 policy, billing, collections, sales tax, revenue reporting, journal entries, and auditor relationships. Lead the Chargebee-to-Stripe migration, partner on CPQ and pricing governance, review contracts, ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Stripe, and Snowflake, and coach the billing and reporting team.

Own enterprise customer onboarding and multi-month API migrations from integration through production launch. Build implementation plans, define ownership, manage schedules and phase gates, establish throughput targets, and track thousands of locations. Enable customer teams through runbooks, training, certification, and escalation processes. Coordinate Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Account Management, Support, and Sales while resolving technical questions, escalating risks, converting pilots to production, and creating repeatable onboarding playbooks.
