Build and ship fullstack product experiences for Nextdoor’s Rewards & Incentives team using React and Python/Django. Responsibilities include frontend and backend development, data modeling, architecture, testing, product iteration, and collaboration with product, design, data science, infrastructure, and machine learning teams. The role also includes AI-assisted development, agile practices, and gradual participation in an on-call rotation.

Owns enterprise advertising sales across San Francisco and West Coast markets. Develops territory strategy, prospects new clients, expands existing accounts, manages the full sales cycle, builds executive and agency relationships, creates strategic proposals, forecasts pipeline, and delivers revenue goals. The role partners cross-functionally to optimize campaigns, retain advertisers, identify growth opportunities, and provide customer insights for product and go-to-market improvements.

The Senior Software Engineer will focus on backend development, collaborating on product features, and improving existing frameworks to impact the community positively.
