Design and develop platform driver code across kernel and user space to model, stress, and verify hardware. Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to create test suites, support prototype bring-up, and enable large-scale AI datacenter deployments. Contribute to platform software architecture, system validation, and a collaborative startup culture.

Provides frontline technical support for AI networking infrastructure. Diagnoses network performance, configuration, and connectivity issues; collaborates with hardware and software engineers on reproductions, workarounds, and fixes; creates troubleshooting documentation; develops product expertise; participates in 24/7 on-call coverage; and contributes to incident reviews and process improvements.

Lead NPI for optics and cables, defining optical integrity, cleaning/inspection, qualification, and factory processes. Audit and qualify vendors, establish IQC and reliability tests, and transition assemblies to high-volume manufacturing while scouting next-gen interconnect technologies.
