Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Nextiva’s mid-market customer experience products. Lead discovery, prioritize omnichannel and AI-powered capabilities, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and go-to-market teams, and drive launches and adoption. Use customer insights, analytics, KPIs, and telemetry to guide investments while influencing executives and delivering measurable revenue and satisfaction outcomes.

Leads end-to-end product design across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences for Nextiva’s AI-powered customer experience platform. Partners with Product, Engineering, and customers to research problems, define solutions, create prototypes and production-ready designs, evolve design systems, and improve experiences through analytics, experimentation, and usability testing. The role also evaluates AI-generated frontend implementations and explores emerging AI-assisted design and development workflows.
