Identify supply risks, execute mitigation plans, manage supplier performance, and partner cross-functionally to align forecasts, sourcing, and delivery. Use MRP and advanced planning tools to improve visibility, inventory health, and planning accuracy while driving continuous improvement.

Lead the Operational Excellence Office to translate strategy into a prioritized portfolio of transformation initiatives. Drive Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement, process redesign, enterprise systems and automation adoption, and benefit-tracking to improve productivity, operating margin, working capital, and customer experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and cross-functional operations.
