Tests and validates tools, fasteners, and consumables through bench evaluations and field trials. Documents results in Arena, manages Jira tasks, provides field training, troubleshoots technical issues, collects trial data, and reports findings to leadership. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on problem-solving, technical documentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% to project sites.

Supports project accounting and financial close activities, including journal entries, balance-sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, reporting, billing, ASC 606 revenue recognition, audit coordination, controls, and process improvement. Prepares invoices, validates project transactions, resolves disputes, maintains accounting schedules, and partners with Finance, Legal, and Operations. The role requires accurate execution under deadlines and strong knowledge of US GAAP, Excel, and accounting systems.

Leads the company’s SOX and internal controls program across business processes. Manages and develops internal controls staff, oversees risk assessments, control design and testing, documentation, remediation, and readiness activities. Partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, Legal, and internal and external auditors. Evaluates control deficiencies, coordinates remediation, assesses system and process changes for SOX impact, and communicates requirements and recommendations to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with SOX, COSO, PCAOB, and U.S. GAAP.
