Lead end-to-end product design for ngrok's developer-focused networking platform: frame problems, prototype quickly, run lightweight research, and deliver polished features. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, use AI tools to augment design workflow, maintain high interaction and visual standards, and help evolve the design team and systems.

Manage and coach a team of engineers on the Gateway or Agent team, ensuring fast decision-making and technical direction while connecting work to company goals and improving team performance.

Design and evolve data pipelines, ensure accuracy of business datasets, improve data reliability, and partner across teams to provide insights and solutions.
