As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer, you will design and optimize production-grade systems for visual positioning and 3D mapping, leading technical reviews and collaborating across teams.

The Technical Lead for Computer Vision will implement advanced algorithms, mentor engineers, and optimize code in C++ and Python while collaborating across teams.

Develop inbound and outbound pipeline for spatial computing and AI products. Research prospects, conduct personalized outreach, qualify business and technical needs, explain product value, and create qualified sales conversations. Capture product-market-fit signals, maintain accurate records, coordinate handoffs with business development and sales, and share market feedback with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Lead and personally execute full-cycle recruiting across technical, executive, go-to-market, operations, and corporate roles. Advise executives, manage sourcing partners and contract recruiters, improve hiring processes and assessment, own recruiting operations and reporting, implement responsible AI tools, and build the future Talent Acquisition organization. The role is based in San Francisco with four days per week in the office.

Lead the long-term architecture of the Product Engineering ecosystem across products, platforms, APIs, SDKs, cloud services, web, and mobile applications. Conduct architecture reviews, establish engineering standards, prototype complex solutions, contribute production code, mentor senior engineers, and guide research technologies into scalable products. Partner with Product, Research, Design, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering leadership to align technical strategy, improve scalability and reliability, reduce technical debt, and support long-term customer value.

Serves as the company’s primary legal advisor and builds the legal function from the ground up. Leads enterprise commercial contracting, corporate governance, financing, strategic transactions, compliance, privacy, AI governance, intellectual property, export controls, disputes, and risk management. Establishes scalable legal processes, systems, templates, policies, and outside-counsel strategy while advising executives and the Board and partnering across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Security, and People.

Lead partner-sourced revenue for public sector markets by building defense and federal partner ecosystems, identifying and closing complex deals, executing joint GTM strategies, influencing product roadmap, and scaling repeatable BD processes while representing the company at industry events.

Own technical solutioning from discovery through implementation for enterprise customers, especially in Energy. Design end-to-end cloud/edge/device architectures, lead technical workshops, produce proposals and SOWs, integrate solutions with enterprise systems (APIs, identity, GIS, robotics), partner with Product and Delivery, support pilots and deployments, and maintain repeatable demos to drive commercial outcomes.

Lead technical solutioning for federal accounts from discovery through delivery: design secure end-to-end architectures across cloud, hybrid, edge and classified environments; author RFI/RFP proposals; ensure integrations into federal ecosystems; influence product roadmap; support implementation, accreditation, and transition to sustained operational use.
