Design and develop scalable C++ software for endpoint state and control across Windows, macOS, and potentially Linux. Build reliable, multi-process systems that enforce endpoint behavior, manage local state, support IPC, and operate across millions of devices. Responsibilities include implementing features, improving platform performance, writing design documents, defining architecture and IPC contracts, and making technical decisions in an evolving, sparsely documented environment.

Develop high-performance, accessible, responsive user interfaces using React and Storybook. Collaborate with designers, product owners, and engineers to build reusable design-system components, write secure maintainable code, participate in code reviews, lead cross-team initiatives, document processes, and improve systems through refactoring and testing.

Leads AI and transformation initiatives across global Marketing Operations, including predictive scoring models, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, governance, and responsible AI adoption. The role combines hands-on model and automation delivery with strategy, process redesign, change management, training, stakeholder engagement, and feature governance. It also manages a small team and partners with Data & AI, Campaign Operations, and Technology Strategy teams.
