My time at NinjaTrader has been a catalyst for my growth, both personally and professionally. I have become a better manager/mentor and coincidentally have become more comfortable being a leader.

Much of my own development within the organization has been aided by how easily accessible our leadership team has always been. I try to model my own actions around those same principles by making sure that not only do I always have an open door but that I always make time, even if I am busy, to meet with the team when they need me.
