Leads performance improvement across offshore drilling, completion, and subsea operations. Monitors operational metrics, non-productive time, and lost time; applies LEAN and PDSA methods; facilitates reviews and lessons-learned sessions; coordinates crews, contractors, service providers, and customers; supports risk assessments and safety compliance; and strengthens customer relationships to improve campaign delivery and future contract opportunities.

Support installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of subsea well control equipment (BOP stacks, control pods, hydraulic/multiplex systems). Perform inspections, pressure and function tests, maintain logs, assist ROV operations, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, coordinate with rig teams, and participate in planning and after-action reviews. Rotational offshore role (28/28).
