Convert device development roadmaps into actionable epitaxy (epi) process development plans, drive projects to completion, support production by analyzing and modeling device data to improve yields, automate analytics to tighten epi distributions, meet daily/weekly production move targets, and collaborate within a cross-functional team.

Design and develop high-speed photonic integrated circuit devices. Perform RF and electro-optical simulations (HFSS, ADS), execute electrical/optical s-parameter testing, create designed experiments, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with fab, test, reliability, packaging, system, and product engineering to ensure device performance and reliability.
