Own and execute US talent acquisition strategy for GTM roles. Drive full-cycle recruiting, build proactive sourcing pipelines, manage pipeline metrics, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while collaborating with the People team on employer branding and process improvements.

Serve as primary technical contact for customers, provide hands-on guidance for integration and deployment, write scripts for diagnostics/automation, troubleshoot issues, lead technical deep-dives, collaborate with product and engineering, and build long-term customer relationships to maximize platform value.

Own and execute global demand generation strategy to build pipeline and revenue. Run integrated digital campaigns, manage end-to-end program lifecycle, optimize performance through data, and collaborate with field marketing, content, and design teams.
