Owns Noma’s strategic alliances with AI platforms and security ISVs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Nvidia, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Splunk. Responsibilities include developing the partnerships strategy, building the alliances team, driving co-sell and co-build initiatives, coordinating with cloud alliances, leading technical integrations with engineering teams, and converting partner relationships into revenue. The role requires building a partnerships practice from the ground up in a fast-growing startup environment.

Leads and scales the Central regional Sales Engineering team, coaching SEs, hiring, overseeing complex proof-of-concepts, and improving technical win rates. Partners with sales, product, and R&D on enterprise deal strategy, customer feedback, forecasting, and technical evaluations. Serves as a technical advisor to CISOs and security leaders on secure AI adoption while remaining hands-on in demos and POCs.

Leads and scales the West Sales Engineering team, coaching SEs, hiring, establishing repeatable POC and deal-review processes, and improving technical win rates. Partners with sales and product leadership on territory strategy, forecasting, customer evaluations, and technical validation. Serves as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders while remaining hands-on in complex enterprise POCs involving AI, cloud, application, API, data, and identity security.
