Owns Noma’s strategic alliances with AI platforms and security ISVs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Nvidia, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Splunk. Responsibilities include developing the partnerships strategy, building the alliances team, driving co-sell and co-build initiatives, coordinating with cloud alliances, leading technical integrations with engineering teams, and converting partner relationships into revenue. The role requires building a partnerships practice from the ground up in a fast-growing startup environment.

Design and lead secure AI security solutions for enterprise customers across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Conduct technical discovery, architect integrations spanning AI systems, LLM applications, data pipelines, model layers, and runtime environments, and support presales validations and implementations. Serve as a technical advisor to CISOs and security leaders while partnering with Sales, Product, and R&D to guide deployments, resolve escalations, and influence product strategy.

Drive enterprise sales growth across a defined region by building account strategies, developing pipelines, closing complex cybersecurity deals, and expanding strategic accounts. Sell Noma’s AI security platform to CISOs and AI security leaders, build channel and cloud partnerships, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and leadership. The role requires expertise in enterprise security software sales, complex procurement processes, category creation, formal sales methodologies, and six-figure, multi-stakeholder deals.
