Teams at Nooks AI

Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 SMB SaaS accounts, onboarding customers, improving adoption, monitoring account health, supporting customers, identifying expansion opportunities, and leading renewals. The role uses customer usage data, scaled success programs, high-value content, and cross-functional product feedback to maximize customer value. It requires sales-domain expertise, experience with sales engagement platforms, strong communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build and operate Nooks’ legal function alongside the VP of Legal. Support sales with commercial contract requests, manage legal workflows and systems, oversee contract lifecycle management, signature routing, vendor onboarding, compliance administration, and corporate support. Maintain and improve AI agents used for contract review, drafting, triage, and prioritization while determining when human judgment is required.

Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, identify and engage technical candidates, manage pipelines and candidate experience, track sourcing metrics, and support scalable recruiting programs and process improvements.
