Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, identify and engage technical candidates, manage pipelines and candidate experience, track sourcing metrics, and support scalable recruiting programs and process improvements.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple teams: partner with hiring managers to define roles, source and screen candidates (particularly Business/GTM), manage candidate experience through onboarding, maintain recruiting metrics and talent pipelines, and help build scalable hiring programs. Role is hybrid (3 days/week) in downtown San Francisco.

Lead post-sale deployments from kickoff to launch: run discovery, manage stakeholders and project plans, configure integrations and AI-powered signals/workflows, coordinate with engineering, enable user adoption and training, and build implementation processes and documentation.
