Leads an embedded enterprise security program, serving as the primary customer and company liaison. Manages multidisciplinary teams, resources, budgets, KPIs, SLAs, risks, reporting, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Develops team members, oversees service quality, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates stakeholders, suppliers, and global delivery teams. Requires expertise in physical security systems, enterprise customer relationships, program financial management, and technical service delivery. Travel to customer and team sites is required.
