Analyze and resolve machinery acoustic performance for Navy systems using classical and finite-element methods. Develop predictive simulation models, perform modal, vibration, frequency response and sound transmission analyses, gather and correlate test data, validate models, collaborate with internal and customer teams, and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Lead program cost control and EVMS activities across Launcher programs: develop WBS and baselines, perform cost/schedule/EVM analysis, prepare budgets and forecasts, support audits, and deliver financial reporting to program leadership.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions for high-value assemblies. Optimize process flows, layouts, and BOMs; support continuous improvement, capital equipment implementation, and final acceptance testing. Work onsite in Sunnyvale supporting DoD programs and obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Lead and build Sunnyvale manufacturing operations for Marine Systems, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost control and employee engagement. Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement (lean, Six Sigma), talent management, financial oversight (EVM, budgets), cross-functional collaboration, and supplier/customer relationships for complex propulsion and power generation systems.
