Manage and analyze material forecasts, supply/demand balances, and inventory adjustments. Lead and manage a 15+ person engineering team developing turbo-machinery and power generation systems for naval submarines. Provide technical oversight across design, manufacturing, assembly, and test; oversee staffing, performance reviews, resource planning, cost estimates, proposals, and process improvements to meet cost and schedule targets while ensuring requirements, interface management, and verification.

Perform and lead acoustic and vibration acceptance testing of large Navy machinery. Troubleshoot using acoustic cameras, sound intensity, impact testing, and modal analysis. Develop test plans, collect and analyze large datasets, prepare technical reports, and support 24/7 test operations including shift work.

Lead a final assembly team (10-15 mechanics/fitters/painters/electricians) to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets. Interface with program managers, CAMs and auditors; support audits, strategic planning, and internal/external financial reporting. Provide forecasting, cost risk assessment, and Earned Value metric development.
