Supervise a final assembly team of 10–15 mechanics, pipe fitters, painters, or electricians. Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective, and timely production while supporting employee training, accurate timekeeping, collective bargaining compliance, issue resolution, and operational efficiency. The role requires Lean Manufacturing experience, supervisory experience, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Leads organizational change management and deployment activities for multi-year manufacturing transformation initiatives. Develops ADKAR-based change strategies, integrated program roadmaps, stakeholder and resistance-management plans, communications strategies, training architectures, and leadership engagement plans. Coordinates resources, milestones, dependencies, and go-live activities across multiple projects while embedding structured change practices throughout the organization.

Supports development of digital engineering capabilities and integrated model-based engineering environments. Responsibilities include systems architecture modeling in Cameo, requirements and interface management, digital ecosystem roadmap development, tool and data integration, data modeling, and implementation of digital engineering recommendations. Collaborates with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across engineering and business functions. The role requires MBSE, SysML, PLM, configuration management, and analytical modeling experience, with Secret clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship.
