Lead a site scheduling department, manage schedule baselines, ensure EVMS compliance, support bids and audits, provide hands-on scheduler guidance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with program and business leadership. Domestic travel ~10%.

Lead the Machinery Operating Unit and supply chain execution for programs: develop material strategy, manage budgets, make/buy and procurement plans, oversee supplier performance, risk mitigation, forecasting, and report program cost/schedule to the PMO and executives.

Lead multi-discipline engineering teams through product lifecycle for naval missile launcher systems. Manage execution, cost, schedule, quality, staffing, performance reviews, and resource planning. Coordinate with program managers on systems design, hardware, integration and test, requirements/interface verification, and CAD/drawing review. Ensure technical excellence, resolve complex issues, and meet program commitments while meeting U.S. citizenship and clearance requirements.
