Manage and coach the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations; review sales and operational reports to project sales and profitability; ensure staff product knowledge and inventory awareness; resolve customer complaints and provide compassionate guidance to families.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of funeral home, columbarium, and mausoleum grounds and facilities. Perform janitorial tasks, groundskeeping, minor repairs, fountain cleaning, and assist with interments, entombments, inurnments, and installation of memorial markers.

Serve as a bilingual community-facing advisor to educate families about pre-need cemetery and funeral planning, build relationships with local organizations, schedule and conduct seminars and appointments, provide park tours, manage paperwork and CRM activity, and track performance while delivering compassionate service.

Perform embalming, disinfecting, dressing, and casketing of the deceased while maintaining chain of custody, OSHA compliance, sterile facilities, and recordkeeping. Maintain respectful care, communicate professionally, lift heavy items, and use basic computer/Microsoft Office tools. Follow state licensing rules and work as part of a funeral services team.

Cultivate community relationships and educate families on pre-need cemetery and funeral planning. Schedule and conduct seminars and appointments, present products, provide park tours, prospect daily, track activity in CRM, maintain paperwork, and stay current on veteran and Social Security benefits.

Maintain cemetery, mausoleum, and funeral home grounds and facilities: mowing, trimming, sod laying, debris removal, pond/fountain cleaning, hand digging/trenching, installing crypt faces and memorials, conducting interments/entombments/inurnments, minor facility repairs, and vehicle cleaning.
