The Staff Product Designer will lead design initiatives, enhance user experience and visual design across Nova Credit's platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Lead technical, pre-sales partnership efforts for 0-to-1 market expansion (notably automotive lending). Engage customers and partners, design integrations, support implementations, and collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to define GTM, close enterprise deals, and scale Solutions Architect processes.

Design, build, and lead scalable API and platform features. Mentor junior engineers and drive technical initiatives from design to delivery.
