The Senior System Engineer will develop and integrate metrology solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, collaborating with design and product teams, conducting R&D, and managing system performance and customer relationships.

Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET applications for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Integrate software with hardware systems (x-ray, optics, vacuum, data acquisition), troubleshoot issues, participate in code and design reviews, gather requirements from stakeholders, and apply industry best practices to build robust, scalable software.

The HR Business Partner will lead HR initiatives, support workforce planning, resolve employee issues, and enhance talent acquisition and retention for Nova's Materials Meteorology Division.
