Leads end-to-end new product introduction for complex hardware, transitioning products from prototypes through production release and ramp. Owns build readiness, manufacturing processes, BOMs, configuration control, engineering changes, supplier readiness, quality issues, and launch metrics. Coordinates cross-functional teams, drives DFM/DFA reviews, resolves root causes, maintains manufacturing documentation, supports production handoff, and mentors engineers and technicians.

Leads Nova’s global procurement function across direct and indirect purchasing. Develops sourcing strategies, negotiates supplier contracts, manages vendor relationships, optimizes costs, mitigates supply and quality risks, ensures compliance, and leads a procurement team. Partners with R&D, manufacturing, legal, and corporate departments to secure materials, components, goods, and services supporting production and business objectives.

Provides technical and field support for semiconductor metrology systems, including troubleshooting, installation, repair, upgrades, customer training, escalation management, reliability reporting, and service documentation. Coordinates with engineering, operations, field teams, and customers to improve system performance and uptime. Supports new product introductions, beta programs, technical training development, and global customer-site activities.
