Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Novara’s safety and risk management platforms. Develop strategic success plans, run QBRs, monitor customer health, coordinate cross-functional support, and own renewal and growth outcomes through measured business value.

Own strategic new-logo sales for Novara’s EH&S compliance and operational risk software. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory planning, managing complex C-suite sales cycles, maintaining pipeline coverage, coordinating internal resources, closing contracts, forecasting in Salesforce, and expanding new accounts. The role requires strong discovery, presentation, executive engagement, business-case development, and collaboration across marketing, product, implementation, and leadership teams.

Design, maintain, and expand automated API and end-to-end test coverage using Playwright and TypeScript. Integrate tests into GitHub Actions quality gates, troubleshoot failures and flakiness, validate databases with SQL, and own performance and load testing. Manage test cases and traceability in Xray, document defects, participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with developers, and improve automation frameworks, test data strategies, and quality reporting.
