Oversee Public Housing Authority and HUD-related audit engagements with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include engagement planning, technical review, staffing, client relationship management, staff mentorship and evaluations, sales and business development, training, marketing, and profitability management. The Principal will develop specialized expertise in governmental, affordable housing, tax, and compliance-related audits while representing the firm externally and meeting revenue and professional development goals.

Leads Public Housing Authority and HUD-related audit engagements with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include engagement planning, technical review, staffing, client relationship management, business development, sales and marketing goals, staff supervision and mentoring, performance evaluations, and external representation. Requires expertise in accounting and tax rules, CPA licensure, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage a substantial client fee base and complex priorities.

Sell sponsorships and advertising across Novogradac conferences, journal, website and email channels. Own full sales cycle including prospecting, CRM updates, proposal development, pipeline management, reporting, and onsite representation at select conferences. Develop revenue strategies, identify new ad products, pursue inbound and outbound leads, coordinate with marketing, and meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining client relationships and accurate contract and revenue records.
