Advise affordable housing developers on LIHTC (9% and 4%) transactions from feasibility through closing. Lead application strategy, evaluate underwriting and capital stacks, support agency interactions, review financial models and pro formas, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to practice best practices and training.

Manage and complete tax engagements with minimal supervision; supervise and mentor staff; perform engagement reviews, client-facing communication, tax research, and reporting; improve team profitability and efficiency; pursue CPA licensure if not held; work evenings/weekends and travel domestically as needed.
