Provide market intelligence, track recruitment KPIs, ensure compliance, and support employer branding.

Lead multi-country clinical teams to deliver on-time, high-quality trial deliverables. Oversee site selection, monitoring, CMP/MVR development, CTMS oversight, recruitment strategies, data query resolution, safety reporting, TMF quality, and mentor CRAs while managing risks and stakeholder communications.
