Manage clinical trial projects end-to-end as primary Novotech client contact. Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, site selection, recruitment, eTMF/CTMS maintenance, risk management, regulatory/GCP compliance, and team deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget study delivery.

Develop operational strategies for clinical trial proposals across non-oncology therapeutic areas. Review feasibility, enrollment projections, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and execution assumptions. Partner with Business Development, Clinical Operations, Finance, Medical, and regional teams to create customer-focused proposals, support sponsor meetings and bid defenses, and transition awarded studies into execution. Improve operational strategy methodologies, document decisions, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

Leads clinical development project delivery for the CNS/Neuroscience therapeutic area, overseeing portfolios, client relationships, business growth, financial performance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and resource allocation. Manages and develops senior project management leaders, drives strategic planning and operational excellence, and serves as executive sponsor for major accounts. Ensures projects meet timeline, budget, quality, ICH-GCP, and client satisfaction objectives.
