Owns the FedRAMP-authorized AWS GovCloud environment, ensuring reliability, security, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, continuous monitoring, deployments, hardening, audits, incident response, and on-call support. The role requires hands-on Kubernetes, AWS, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, vulnerability management, automation, and regulated-environment experience, while collaborating with SRE and security teams.

Provides Sales and Revenue Operations support by processing orders, administering Salesforce and CPQ platforms, monitoring forecasts, building reports and dashboards, improving sales processes, ensuring data integrity, and advising cross-functional stakeholders. The role also develops Salesforce enhancements, resolves process bottlenecks, trains field teams, documents workflows, and applies AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Leads global renewals strategy, forecasting, pricing, negotiations, and execution for a recurring-revenue B2B SaaS business. Builds and manages a global renewals team, establishes processes and playbooks, oversees Salesforce workflows and reporting, and owns renewal, churn, contraction, and GRR targets. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations to mitigate risk, close renewals, and identify expansion opportunities. Travel may be required up to 20%.
