Teams at Numeral

Own and scale Numeral’s marketing operations infrastructure, including HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution, advertising integrations, conversion tracking, reporting, inbound routing, and CRM data quality. Build automated spend and pipeline reporting, improve attribution and targeting, analyze funnel performance, and translate operational insights into campaign recommendations. This founding team-of-one role partners with Growth and RevOps to establish scalable systems, processes, and documentation.

Build and operate Numeral’s public API, MCP server, billing and ERP integrations, infrastructure, data pipelines, and platform services. Own projects from design through production, improve observability and reliability, automate deployment workflows, and contribute to architecture decisions. The role requires strong backend engineering, distributed systems knowledge, cloud and container experience, and a customer-focused approach to dependable financial automation.

Build and scale Numeral’s Customer Success function, including segmentation, engagement models, health scoring, renewal workflows, playbooks, reporting, and automation. Lead strategic customer relationships, improve adoption and retention, identify expansion opportunities, hire and develop CSMs, and represent customer needs across Product, Engineering, Tax Operations, and GTM.
