Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts, including prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, tailored demos, negotiation, and closing. Sell complex SaaS solutions to CFO and finance stakeholders, manage multiple opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene, and provide market and customer insights to internal teams. This is an in-person role based in San Francisco or New York.

Supports and leads technical sales activities, including demos, discovery sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements for finance and accounting customers. Partners with account executives and senior sales engineers on technical win strategies, builds credibility with finance stakeholders, gathers customer feedback for product teams, and maintains demo environments and enablement materials. Build customer-facing AI features and horizontal infrastructure to deliver trustworthy, auditable AI automation for financial accounting. Own full-stack feature development, measure and improve AI product efficacy, and make strategic product and technical decisions.

Build and operate Numeric’s financial data infrastructure, including ingestion pipelines, typed data contracts, lakehouse schemas, batch and event-driven processing, security controls, observability, and scalable reporting. Work across TypeScript, SQL, and Python while collaborating with accounting, reporting, and AI teams to deliver reliable, auditable, multi-tenant financial data systems.

Engineering Manager leading teams building financial data infrastructure, reporting engines, accounting automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, team development, technical leadership, system design, code and architecture review, delivery ownership, and establishing engineering processes and standards. The role is hands-on and requires close collaboration with engineers while supporting product quality and organizational growth.

Own a book of finance customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Use AI-leveraged cadences to monitor account health, lead QBRs, build champions, surface expansion signals, and coordinate save plays across Sales and Product.

Own end-to-end customer implementations: kickoff, milestone planning, technical configuration and ERP integrations (especially NetSuite), training accounting teams on AI-first closes, driving go-live adoption, handing off to Customer Success, and building playbooks and AI-assisted automation to scale services.

Own hands-on implementations to get customers live: configure workspaces, connect and validate ERP/sub-ledger data (especially NetSuite), run onboarding trainings, manage implementation project workstreams, and create docs/templates to automate and speed future implementations.

As an Associate Solutions Manager, you'll support customer onboarding, ensure adoption, create resources for self-service, and maintain customer health documentation.
