Leads NVIDIA’s global enterprise network deployment across offices, data centers, manufacturing facilities, campuses, backbone, SD-WAN, and edge environments. Owns capacity planning, site turn-up, standardized deployment methods, automation, agentic AI tooling, Day 2 change operations, metrics, vendor partnerships, and globally distributed engineering teams. Partners with architecture, security, cloud, facilities, and real estate leaders to execute scalable network programs.

Characterize and validate gaming technologies across current and future NVIDIA hardware. Analyze performance regressions, graphical issues, interoperability, and stability problems; collaborate with driver, SDK, developer technology, and game studio teams to resolve issues. Improve testing methodologies, benchmarks, automation, and driver validation processes while coordinating distributed projects, dependencies, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise HPC customers, resolving complex hardware and software issues across installation, operation, maintenance, and product applications. Troubleshoot GPUs, AI accelerators, networking, virtualization, Kubernetes, and HPC environments. Reproduce issues, coordinate with engineering and support teams, document methodologies, and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires strong Linux, networking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting large-scale enterprise or service-provider environments.
