Teams at NVISION Centers

Serves as the first point of contact for patients in a high-traffic ophthalmology office. Manages calls, appointments, patient files, authorizations, insurance information, paperwork, and correspondence. Greets and guides patients through consultations, prepares charts, supports timely patient flow, audits invoices, investigates payment issues, and resolves customer concerns. Requires a high school diploma and a strong commitment to exceptional patient service; healthcare or ophthalmology experience is preferred.

Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care, including cataract surgery and medical ophthalmology, in San Leandro and Concord. Collaborate with experienced physicians and clinical staff, use advanced diagnostic and surgical technology, deliver patient-centered care, and contribute to practice growth.
