Early-career technical sales development program preparing graduates for Technical Sales Engineer roles. Participants receive semiconductor, embedded systems, product, and business training while supporting customer evaluations, designs, demos, and deployments. Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into technical solutions, collaborating across sales and engineering teams, leading customer engagements, developing presentations, and driving design wins and revenue growth.

Supports customer applications for ARM-based microcontrollers, develops embedded C/C++ code and peripheral software examples, and performs chip debugging and signal testing. Uses IDEs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, and other test instruments. Manages source code, documents test results, presents technical information, and interacts with customers.

Lead GTM strategy and business development for robotics and edge-AI markets in the Americas. Identify use cases, win design-ins, cultivate ecosystem partners, influence product roadmaps, enable field teams, manage stakeholders, track opportunities, and drive multi-year revenue growth and design wins.
