Supports the marketing department by handling inquiries, maintaining prospect records, coordinating follow-up, giving community tours, organizing marketing events, qualifying prospects, and assisting with resident move-ins. The role also maintains property knowledge, supports referral-source relationships, manages event budgets, and helps new residents and families transition into the community.

Generates and manages leads, qualifies prospective residents, conducts community tours, and guides families through the move-in process. Develops marketing strategies with leadership to meet occupancy goals, executes prospect events, and builds relationships with community organizations and professional groups. The role requires strong communication, organization, follow-up, sales or marketing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages the day-to-day operations of a senior living community, including staffing, supervision, scheduling, regulatory compliance, occupancy, budgeting, resident services, and community representation. The role requires ensuring a supportive environment for seniors, including cognitively impaired residents, while maintaining operational and financial performance.
