As an HR Business Partner at Obsidian Security, you will advise leaders, develop people strategies, manage performance processes, and drive cultural initiatives to support growth and organizational change.

Senior IT Systems Engineer owns identity, endpoint, and IT platform foundation. Lead Okta lifecycle and SSO, manage Jamf Mac fleet, implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu) in GitHub, build AI-augmented operations, automate device compliance and provisioning, mentor teammates, and partner cross-functionally on security, compliance, and platform priorities.

Own and scale customer advocacy and engagement programs, including reference networks, lifecycle touchpoints, customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and milestone announcements. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to identify customer success stories, build a roster of advocates, support references and events, and measure effects on retention, advocacy, and pipeline.
