Owns delivery of AI data generation and model improvement projects in healthcare and clinical domains. Responsibilities include managing a book of business, coordinating clinical and life sciences experts, delivering high-quality training datasets, implementing QA processes, improving operational systems, and supporting customer relationships. Senior candidates additionally lead deal scoping, pricing, expansion planning, and commercial outcomes.

Build and lead the company’s people function, owning performance management, employee relations, policies, benefits, HRIS administration, people analytics, onboarding, offboarding, culture, and engagement. Lead the Talent & Recruiting team, hire an employee experience leader, advise managers on sensitive workplace matters, and design scalable programs and infrastructure. The role requires hands-on execution in a fast-growing company and includes hybrid work in San Francisco or New York City.

Own IT operations for a 60-person hybrid company, including end-user support, Mac fleet and device management, identity and access administration, SaaS and vendor management, office networking and AV, onboarding and offboarding, security configurations, and process documentation. Administer AI tools, support adoption and training, evaluate technology, manage licenses and costs, and establish scalable IT workflows as the company grows.
