Lead global commercial strategy and go-to-market for crop varieties, coordinating breeding, regulatory, sales, channel, and supply chain. Own portfolio planning, pricing, forecasting, launch execution, and marketing/sales enablement. Translate agronomic data into commercial plans and serve as grower advocate across cross-functional teams.
