Build, implement, and continuously improve a commercial ISO 9001-based Quality Management System. Lead audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, metrics, training, and cross-functional coordination while interfacing with Nuclear Quality Assurance and supporting assessments.

As a Technical Product Engineer, you will manage engineering tools, coordinate with vendors, and ensure successful onboarding and integration of new systems to support engineering needs at Oklo.

Lead and improve recycling division operations by diagnosing process friction, implementing workflows and procurement, maintaining engineering documentation, and partnering with leadership to scale budgeting, purchasing, hiring, and compliance. Drive cross-functional efficiency, tooling improvements, and run high-leverage forums to support technical teams in a regulated nuclear energy environment.

Own and administer company-wide learning programs and the LMS (Docebo); manage onboarding, compliance, certification tracking, and training records; partner with cross-functional leaders to identify needs, develop content, ensure regulatory compliance, provide reporting and dashboards, support audits, and improve learning operations. Requires periodic travel (25–40%).

The Software Lifecycle Specialist will enhance software lifecycle processes, ensure compliance, and improve engineering workflows through tooling and governance frameworks.

Support regulatory licensing and engineering design for advanced fission reactors: prepare and maintain licensing documentation (e.g., FSAR), perform regulatory research, develop compliance approaches, interface with engineering teams, and lead resolution of strategic licensing issues.

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will design critical hardware for fast reactors, ensuring compliance and collaboration with cross-functional teams on detailed designs and fabrication readiness.

Lead Workday functional ownership: configure and maintain Core HCM, manage releases, optimize business processes, build reports and integrations, ensure security and governance, support audits, and partner across People, Payroll, Finance, and IT to scale systems and data quality.

Lead FERC, State PUC, and interconnection legal work for energy project development.
