Supports quarterly and annual SEC reporting, financial statement disclosures, tie-outs, accounting workpapers, technical accounting research, and month-end and quarter-end close activities. Performs SOX internal controls, reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical procedures. Coordinates with internal and external auditors, supports equity accounting and impairment assessments, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and controls.

Summer 2027 internship opportunities at Oklo span thermal hydraulics, fuel performance, mechanical analysis, instrumentation and controls, neutronics, process engineering, prototyping and manufacturing, and business operations. Interns will apply academic knowledge to engineering analysis, modeling, design, testing, documentation, fabrication, or operational improvement. Candidates must be enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program, work 30–40 hours weekly, and be available at an Oklo location. U.S. citizenship is required.

Lead technical programs with DOE national laboratories and government partners, managing project scopes, work packages, budgets, schedules, agreements, deliverables, risks, and closeout. Coordinate Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and leadership stakeholders while developing new collaboration opportunities related to spent nuclear fuel recycling and pyroprocessing. The role requires technical fluency, contract and funding awareness, strong project controls, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a regulated, ambiguous startup environment.
