Mechanical Analyst Engineers perform mechanical analyses, evaluate structural performance, document methodologies, collaborate with teams, and support validation activities in a clean energy startup.

Lead design and management of project insurance, surety, and risk transfer programs across development, construction, operations, and decommissioning. Build enterprise project risk frameworks, review contractual risk allocation, support financing and commercial activities, manage brokers/insurers, and present risk reporting to executive leadership and the Board. Collaborate cross-functionally to quantify, mitigate, and transfer complex industrial and nuclear-related risks.

Lead the requirements management process for complex engineering projects, ensuring clarity and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
