Responsibilities include technical strategy, architecture, roadmap execution, customer escalations, executive customer engagements, cross-functional collaboration, and hiring, mentoring, and managing a high-performing engineering team. The role balances rapid customer-driven delivery with security, reliability, scalability, and long-term product quality.

Lead the evolution of global recruiting operations, improve hiring efficiency, implement scalable processes, and enhance candidate experience while managing metrics and cross-functional partnerships.

Build and maintain full-stack Identity Governance software for federal customers. Architect scalable backend services, frontend interfaces, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and secure deployments across classified and air-gapped environments. Ensure audit readiness, security compliance, reliability, and least-privilege access. Partner with Product and Design, address technical debt, make organization-wide architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while applying AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
