Partners with IT, Workplace, Security, Communications, and business teams while advising senior executives and developing employees, contractors, and vendor partners.

Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic, multimillion-dollar accounts across the Americas. Serve as an executive trusted advisor, develop multiyear account plans, exceed expansion revenue targets, forecast pipeline, negotiate complex renewals and contracts, and coordinate global cross-functional teams and strategic partners. Influence product roadmap decisions and maximize customer lifetime value through Okta, Auth0, and AI solutions.
