Generates and closes new business within an assigned territory, manages existing client relationships, and develops business plans to grow revenue. Uses consultative sales techniques to promote title products, supports escrow teams, presents procedures and product information, tracks client and competitor activity, and represents the company at industry and community events. Collaborates with sales, marketing, escrow, and management teams to achieve customer satisfaction and long-term account goals.

Administer and optimize Workday Financial Management, including configuration, reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, security, integrations, data loads, testing, and release support. Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, maintain production and sandbox environments, support audits and access management, and improve processes. The role also contributes to project and backlog management, documentation, end-user training, data quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Serves as the liaison between business operations, IT, and vendors. Builds stakeholder relationships, translates operational needs into technology solutions, coordinates technology projects and implementations, aligns IT investments with business objectives, and supports business applications and process improvements. Requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, documentation, and influencing skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with title and escrow platforms.
