Leads multiple engineering squads building Omada’s AI-powered coaching experience from prototype through production. Owns prioritization, delivery, cycle time, architecture, operational reliability, and technical standards while remaining hands-on in code and AI agent workflows. Partners with Product Strategists, develops engineering managers and technical leaders, plans team growth, evaluates AI quality, and improves engineering-wide processes. Requires substantial software engineering and people-management experience, production AI delivery, cross-stack technical judgment, and expertise in operational tooling.

Lead product marketing strategy for Omada’s GLP-1 and cardiometabolic health offerings. Own positioning, buyer segmentation, value stories, go-to-market planning, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and business-case tools. Partner with sales, product, clinical, finance, strategy, and channel teams to improve commercial effectiveness through win-loss analysis and field feedback. Manage and develop one product marketer while remaining hands-on in strategic initiatives and core deliverables.
