Lead Omni's paid acquisition globally across digital channels. Own and optimize campaigns and budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Reddit; build audiences, partner with creative, analyze performance, and create repeatable growth loops that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

Build and scale a growth data platform: design queues and workers for enrichment, routing, assignment, and activation; integrate CRM, ads, intent, and enrichment vendors; convert experiments into reusable platform primitives; and debug production issues across Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, AWS, vendor APIs, webhooks, and downstream systems.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across functions and regions, primarily hiring GTM roles. Build repeatable sourcing strategies, use modern/AI recruiting tools, partner with hiring managers to define criteria, structure interviews, negotiate offers, manage recruiting operations, and launch university recruiting. Act as talent partner and set hiring standards on a lean team.
